Only items purchased from IceMachinesDirect.com may be returned.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA number) issued by IceMachinesDirect.com in order to be processed.
IceMachinesDirect.com must be contacted for an Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days from receipt of shipment. To request an RA number contact IceMachinesDirect.com customer service at Sales@IceMachinesDirect.com, or call +1-888-434-5316. We will not accept returns without an issued RA number. RA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance.
Unless it is the error of IceMachinesDirect.com, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns. All returns must be shipped with freight charges pre-paid by customer within 7 days from issuance of RA number. Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
In the event of our error, IceMachinesDirect.com. will correct the order including shipping.
Items that are damaged during transportation are subject to the shipping company policies. See our freight damage policy for more information.
We cannot accept returns on items with the following conditions:
- Any ice machine that has been connected to water, drain, or electrical supply.
- Any item that is returned without an RA number, or more than 7 days after the issuance of an RA number.
- Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Special orders
All products sold by IceMachinesDirect.com come with the standard manufacturer warranty. In the event of a defective machine the manufacturers warranty procedures and policies will be applicable. In most cases ice machines will not be returned due to a defect, rather the manufacturer will authorize the defect repaired in the field under warranty. IceMachinesDirect.com customer service department will help locate and arrange an authorized manufacturer service agent in the event service or installation is needed. IceMachinesDirect.com does not warranty items beyond standard manufacturer warranty.
